Here is my 2nd entry a Christmas Card (mini). Click picture for details.

This card just came to mind, I had some cut off textured white cardstock, so I folded in half and made myself a mini Christmas Card.

I scored the diagonal line and colored in with white gel pen, as per sketch #2 and stamped the Merry Christmas sentiment in jet black and colored in with green and red textas.  I then stamped the snow man and colored him in and added glitter to the body and tree.  I then stamped with broken china distress ink the snow flakes. How cool Myself thinks.

On the inside I thought to jazz up the page with those things ( still not sure what they are called, please let me know in the comments) and surrounded the edges with small snow flakes....with room to spare to write on.

There you go and mini Christmas card..

Inks used : Stazon - jet black, Tim Holtz - broken china

Stamps used :Creative PL - clear stamps Christmas theme

Thats is all for now...
see ya

Here is my entry a Thinking of You card.  Click picture for details.

Not sure how the card came about just started blending distress inks and stamping pretty swirl things and thinking not so appropriate for birthday but some design for thinking of you on pop dots for shadow and depth with a dash of dragon flies.

Inks used : Tim Holtz distress inks - scattered straw, red barn, wild honey, dried marigold, aged mahogany

Stamps used : Stamplorations - simple flowers and sentiments, distressed floral swirls

Punches used - small dragon fly

Well that is all for now....thinking another entry for this challenge just because I like this layout...maybe Christmas Card....should start making some soon..

ciao for now...
