G'Day
I have been playing around with stencils and some just do not work out, so I am sticking to the simple and what works for me.
Distress inks, water and stencils. Been practicing and managing to spritz enough water for the image to present itself nicely. I also watched this video to help me out.
Here is picture of sponged gray textured paper with crushed olive and forrest moss (distress inks), sprayed with water, dried with paper towel and dried with heat tool. It is so cool watching the image come alive while drying with the heat gun.
Here is the is the simple card I made
I used stamps from KasierCraft (calendar), STAMPlorations (graphic pentagons). Stencil is from Kite (novoue fern). The flowers (made for another project but never used), I staggered and used a pretty pin (just gone blank on what it is called) to hold them together and used a pop dot for a raised effect in the centre of the card for the focal image.
I would like to enter my card in the following challenges.
